First consultation

The first consultation is free as we meet in person or online to discuss your goals and expectations of coaching. This will normally last 30-45 minutes, after which we can both choose to work with each other, pause for reflection or walk away. 
 
Cost per session

The cost per session (60-90mins) is £250 plus expenses. I would prefer to meet you face to face if possible in the first session, then we can discuss Teams, phone calls from there. 
 
Packages
​
If you buy a minimum 4 sessions upfront, the price will be reduced to £200/session plus expenses. Corporate and group facilitation packages can also be agreed.
